Need PDA that can get fast internet access - with mobile sim - recommendation please.

HI, i want to buy a PDA to use in IReland that will allow me fast internet access specifically I want to access Betfair.com or Paddypower.com for online betting. Can anyone recommend a unit to go with and the best access method? I was thinking of buying the PDA myself and then inserting a Vodafone / 3 3G sim. Cheers Clopd
