    Gotta say the revenge of the sith final one is hard to beat. Yoda kicking dooku's ass would be next, got a serious buzz when he did that in ep2.

    The Vader v Luke duel in ROTJ is the best. The prequel stuff (whilst technically superior) just comes off like a lot of ballet.

    Have to agree, it carries the most resonance. Anakin V Obi-Wan in ROTS was quite good too.

    Although I agree that the Vader vs. Luke duels in both films were excellent due to the obvious lack of choreography yet high drama, the victory has to go to the Anakin vs. Obi-Wan spectacular for speed, spectacle and also because it was what Star Wars fans had waited for for years.

    Has to be Luke Vs Vader in ROTJ. It has the most raw emotion to it and it also is the climax that all the other films are leading up to. You can also feel the desperation turning to hate in Luke when Vader gets into his head and finds out about Leia being Luke's sister.
    My worst is the Obi Vs Ani fight at the end of ROTS. Largely because by that time I couldn't have given a sh!t as to what happened either of the characters in the prequal series and was hoping both Obi and Ani would just disappear into that lava so we could all just forget that EP's I - III were ever made.

    Vader and Luke for me. I'm pleasantly surprised it's such a popular choice.
