    5 lbs red taters
    2-3 cans chicken broth
    1 can cream onion
    1 can cream celery
    1 block pepperjack cheese (shredded)
    1 stick butter
    8 ounces Sour Cream
    1 pint half and half

Peel and dice up taters, boil in chicken broth
Once tender add Cream onion and celery slowly folding in...till melted in
Then add sour cream and half an half
Then add pepperjack cheese realllllly slowly or it will clump
Then last add the butter and let melt in
    rehead through and through....and serve...

Believe me I make it alllll the time...Its LOVELY!

Sorry I dont mean to sound rude, but I wouldn't personally have an idea how to sub
    1 can cream onion
    1 can cream celery
1 pint half and half, you are speaking a different language I have no idea what those products are like, do you have a recipe that subs them with fresh ingredients?

 One US PINT I think is equal to 20 UK fluid Ounces...
and half and half...is like a really thick cream???
I'm not sure...One can here is 12 US Ounces....

    Perhaps that helps?
