Help Needed with Outllok Prob

:eek: Im stuck in work and my GF rings me with an urgent problem she is in work and her outlook 2003 puts a character in every space im not sure whether its an _ or a - i know how to get rid of this in word but cant find how to fix the prob in outlook any help is greatly appreciated befor ei have to go out with a bald bird…

Never seen it in outlook, does she have outlook set to use word as her email editor (tools->options->mail format).
