Hi,

I am thinking of setting up an IT outsourcing company and am looking for information as to the best way to find companies who wish to outsource projects.
I have a friend in eastern europe who is ready to hire developers as soon as I can find customers. Both he and I are very experienced in software development and the idea is that I find the customers and do the business analysis work and he can then organise a team to do the development.
I have found a few promising websites such as www.etenders.gov.ie and www.freelanceireland.com.
I'm just wondering does anyone know of any other websites or forums where I can contact people who wish to outsource work.
