Setanta 1+2, CelticTV, RangersTV, and Nasn on NTL digital

Does anyone actually subscribe to these channels on ntl. I spoke to their CS dept today and they informed me that all these channels can be added to your package for €7.99 extra p/m.

Is there anything worth while on them to justify paying an extra €8. CelticTV may be ok but I guess it just the same as MUTV. A advantage I guess would be I would never miss anything on setanta again, as they no doubt use these channels for even more repeats and schools rubgy matches.

There'll be no rugby schools games. its the UK Setanta. Show quite a lot european football. Have a look at theri website for details. Not bad for €8 a month I'd guess (particularly if you get NASN with it)

right i have subscribed to nasn last week and so far i just recieve the two extra setanta channells.now according to setanta i should also receive celtic and rangers tv and the racing uk channell.
So i rang ntl today ( sighs) and its still in negotation about celtic and rangers and racing uk.

The setanta channels xtra ones that is seem to show french and german football at the weekend and setanta two extra mirrored the kerrry football game on normal setanta last weekend.

I subscribed to nasn cause i love the baseball great coverage on it,they also show nba,nascar and college football .

if your only interested in soccer mainly and have skysports i wouldn,t bother,mind you if i get the racing uk channel added on i will be happy:)

They reduced it to 8 euro a month!!!!!
If celtic and rangers tv,and racing uk eventually come in the clear ,yes good value,but its ntl so we wait and wait!!!!:rolleyes:

my celtic tv and rangers tv are not coming through in the clear and i subscribe to the ntl digital setanta sports extra package in waterford..
All other channels working.
Any body else have this problem?

€8 a month is a good deal, I think it's €15 on Sky. Also next month they're launching NASN Extra:

Any body got same problem??
Just got celtic tv to work last friday and then two more channels blank out.
They would want to get it sorted out or i will be the only person in ireland subscribed to the setanta sports package:mad:

Ntl chap on to me today about setanta sports channels,am not receiveing setanta extra 1 and setanta extra 2 at the weekend,and rangers tv during the week this on ntl digital.

he now reckons its a local transmitter problem in waterford,will know more tomorrow.
