Song title help..

Was in a pub there recently and there was a good fella there playing traditional Irish music. He played a song in which the full title escapes me due to alcohol but the lyrics had "Cleveland" in it at least once and maybe only once. And for some reason I think the title of the song had "Bay" in it! I dunno.... Any help??
