As Sklansky says, you play differently against a bad player than you do a good player. What are the main strategy changes? I think the best strategy is to play tight as you never really know where you are in a hand.

You can't win against bad players, so just have fun!

in my experience try not to bluff bad players, you will get called. if you feel they are drawing make them pay heavily for every card, the have no concept of pot odds and will call anything

it depends what constitutes as bad players.
Even bad players have tendencies and its those tendencies that makes them a bad player.
what you have to do IMO is to find out what those tendencies are and adjust accordingly.
for example are they a bad player because they are too loose? in this case you need to tighen up and bluff less but value bet more

are they bad players because they are too tight? in this case you need to bluff more and value bet less.

are they bad players cuz they are too passive?
    Too aggressive?
you can deffo win against bad players all you have to do is find out what is that makes them bad and adjust your style accordingly.

The only problem Gholi, is that, while you're trying to figure me out, I'm catching a flush on the river while calling your pot size bets with bottom pair .... eh, them; I meant them ... or they ... :o

I dont know where this myth has come from...its completely contradictory!

All you have to do is play tight, wait for a good opportunity and then extract maximum value, which you will most likely get paid for. Yes you will get outdrawn a lot, but if you have the BR behind you then that is not a problem.

when some one has got a flush draw on the flop ,they have about 35% chance of completing that flush by the river.now there is absolutly nothing any one can do to change this.if you proceed to turn, and river 35% on the times the flush will complete.
now if your villain has a flush draw from the flop and decides to see the hand through to the river is his choice and you cant and shouldnt want to stop him.him not getting a flush is not the objective on the game.
the objective here is that you make it too expensive for him or in short not profitable for him to chase.thats it .by doing this you have/will make profite and your villain has/will loose money.if you adjust your betting on the following streets in such away that the odds against him making the flush(the 2:1) are higher than the odds that he is getting from the pot if he hits and wins the pot then you have done your job what ever the result in any particular hand maybe.

you know what ? That's exactly what that fella Harrington says. ;)

Gholimoli, we've never met, but my read tells me that you're probably not from around these parts. Am I right ? :)

I knew that. You just don't get it ... the humour, that is. Even the mad quirky stuff that could not possibly be serious sometimes goes over your head. That's all. Nothing meant by it.

And Harrington's not wrong... and you didn't get that either. :D

I'm pulling your leg Gholi. Now just in case you're not sure, that means I'm joking. Obviously a pot size bet doesn't give a player the correct odds to chase a flush ... so a bad player might make that call. That bad player was me in my post ... :D but I tried to make it look like I'd made a mistake and that I meant other bad players ... :D and not me, cos I'd never do that really, cos I'm not really that bad, but then there's the whole thing about implied odds and EV and all that .....

hehe ... listen to me, talking like I knew something.

I'll leave you to try figure out if I'm still joking, Gholi

I think he's pointing out the fact you missed the humour in his post *loosens gholi's strings*

EDIT: he beat me to it.

he does chase draws tho regardless of the odds...and he _will_ call you down with bottom pair.

    its all cool man.
sometimes unless you actually know the player its hard to tell who is really asking a question and who is joking.
so i try my best to answer the actual question.this way thoes asking the question will get the answer and hopefuly thoes who know the answer will not get offended and put it down to me not knowing if they are really asking or not.not too sure if im making sense here.
