Cheapest copy of XP, where?

    I need to buy a full version of XP, either home or pro. , I’ve lost my old cd and being a Student I’m looking for the cheapest I can get. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Buy Windows XP Home OEM off komplett.ie (i think they have home)

    yes but you need to spend on other items to get it for that low price ! you can't just buy Win XP OEM on its own

    if you still have your product key you can use someone elses cd fine.

    If your previous key/license was legit. you just need a copy of the CD from someone...
    If you're a college "Student" - check with the college as they may be able to supply a copy.

    once you have your own cd key its legal to use another copy. you can retrieve the cd key if you don't have it written down anywhere. google for a key finder or retreiver or some such thing to get it. i got one before but i can't remember where tbh. there's loads available
