    Anyone know what these are?

    I have a job interview coming up. Prior to the interview they want me to doan on-line psychometric assessment.

    Probably consists of the usual combination of a personality questionnaire and numerical/logical/spatial/verbal reasoning.

    A quick google will throw up some examples.

    A personality test will jsut be some questions or statements to which you respond with true or false, or indicate how strongly you agree or disagree to the statement. No right or wrong answers, it's just used to build up a personality profile.

    The aptitude tests are pretty much standard, tons of online examples to practice on.
