No, without creatine nobody can do anything. Before creatine supplements were created everyone was weak and fat.

I wouldn't cut back on your protein. A good balance between performance improvement and cutting is to lower your carb and fat intake (and therefore calorie intake), except the meal before, and for 24 hrs after, a heavy gym session. I.e. You'll be eating alot 3/4 days a week and cutting the other days.

Unfortunately life can get in the way sometimes, just try to make sure your house has good food in it for snacking when you're studying. Stuff like cottage cheese, any nuts, rice-crackers with peanut butter etc. are all good for just digging into randomly. Green tea is also good on it's own between meals if you think you are eating too much.

Your diet goes to pot on the weekends? Is that because you're out of the house or just because you lose routine? I don't have time to go look, but there's recipes for making your own MRP bars all over the web. Also, you can put together a decent meal from your local convenience shop if you try (although admittedly it is a definite challenge).

i know creo dont do everything i just thought it might make my strength come back easier!(i lost alot of strength during the rugby season because of various injuries etc...)
diet goes downhill mainly because i dont realy enjoy eating! during the week in school i give myself set meals at set time so i eat them plus being around people at lunch etc...makes me hungry! but on weekends im usually jus studying or playing sport so dont realy think to eat!

    I know you know, I was being a smart-ass :D .

It would help, but it's not essential. What kind of injuries did you get? I ask because although creatine will allow your muscles to work more, it doesn't help the other assisting tissues directly, so if your injuries are things like tendon tears or avulsion fractures you may be better off avoiding it anyway.

Just plan it better then I guess. I'm not going to follow you around and feed you! :D

    injuries i had was...
firstly tore a muscle in back in september-out of training and weights for 4 weeks
second big one was in one game-i tore my calf muscle right down the belly of it bruised the bone underneath and because i played on, a huge clot formed in the tear in the muscle-out for just over 2 months with physio 1-3 times a week the whole time
since janurary iv had both my thumbs sprained(i nvr stopped playing just strapped them up) so they havent proberly healed...
    had many other stupid injuries!
    i love rugby!
would creatine be bad for my if im recovering from all of them still? my calf still acts up every now and then...
