Just wondering if any one has any details of what this is gonna inlcude and what price. Never gonna be able to afford it, just curious what it entails.

In case ya never heard of it involves a quad SLI rig  !!!

Seen it mentioned here in a ut2007 article.
Since the game isn't optimized yet, they needed quite a beast to run it, and nVidia stepped in with a quad SLI rig. That means four video cards running in one system. Yowza. They also mentioned that Dell would be selling such a rig, called the "XPS Renegade," and it's supposed to be available any time now. I imagine it would be a tad pricey.

It was a PR stunt at CES. The XPS range has essentially failed from a PR point of view as Dell hasn't been able to shake off its PR image among gamers. And it's only available in the US, where they only made a few hundred.

There are rumours that Quad SLI is actually coming to DIY systems for those lucky few who can afford such extravagance as it is believed NV are planning to release a dual GPU 7900 card you've seen those dual GPU's board from Asus, Gigabyte and the like but this is a bit different in that the dual GPU's on these cards will be able to operate in SLI mode with another one of these effectively giving you Quad SLI.

Plus it needn't be wasted on a Dell system with a P4 apparently boutique builders (Voodoo, Falcon, Alienware etc) will be getting most of these but some will filter down to the retail chain for DIY'ers to make use of.
