i've been looking at the outlet all week deciding on a pc
looking at p4, 1024mb ram, dvd burner, 160 hhd, video card

ones I was consider now seem ....about 80 euro dearer !!1

Of course there's a further bargain to be had by including a 2001fp...you end up getting the monitor for ~€460 inc VAT....buy it separately and it'll run you €750...although bear in mind the outlet model will only have a 1 yr warranty, the other will have a 3yr.

There is a Core Duo laptop there with a 17" screen for under a grand. Not bad.

What the hell are they smoking over in the outlet offices?
Some serious deals to be had over the w/e (had that dual core 9150 for 320 quid in my basket a few times but didn't bother)...but logged in yesterday and it's all overpriced celeron 1100s again...whoever does the input/pricing for thme is either dyslexic or a trained monkey.

Aye saw that 9400 too....a saving of 500 notes (~35%) on ht e build price.

i bought a 9200 over a year ago in there..pm2ghz,1gbram,wireless/bluetooth/100gb hdd/128vid/dvdrw/17wuxga screen for 1200euroincl vat,,,a bargain,,..laptop still going strong..some good deals up there,,but they can go very quickly..a cheap dell..hard to come by.

I have bought a number of machines from the oitlet:
Latitude x300 (18mths ago) = €950 (retail over €1800)
Latitude D610 (3mths ago) = €800 (€1500)
Inspiron 2200 (8mths ago) = €300 (€800 at the time, and was given a brand new machine, not a refurb)
Dimension 4600 (18mths ago) = €180 (Oddball spec, but i reckon €400)

Only issues have been with the x300. The rest have just done what they were told.
