Before all the real advice comes in about the right exercise to do etc...an apple a day and 6 pints upwards of ice cold water are very beneficial to weight loss as part of a calorie controlled diet and exercise regime

If you want to do it properly so the weight stays off you can only really lose 1-2lbs a week. Going on the liquid diet will get the weight off but it probably won't stay off.

i suggest you give a read through the above, then come to us with any further questions dude.

To be honest, i'm not a fan of handing people info when it's easy enough to just look it up.

Going on a liquid diet does not address the reasons why you're overweight in the first place. You're diet obviously needs improving so why not take a look at how you're eating instead of trying a faddy quick weight loss sytem?

As Emmet said, the recommended healthy weight lose is between 1-2 lbs a week (3 stone over three months amounts to more like over 3 lbs a week). While you may lose weight, a lot of it will be water and muscle wait. To lose weight effectively and keep it off while retaining your muscle mass, improve you diet.

    Some linky-dinky's..

Daddydear you are on your own on this one.

If you want quick fix solutions ask for it on a forum like IVENUS where there are lots of women willing to indulge in hope and suggestion.

Sorry to be so direct on this and its what you need to hear

If you do that you will end up with very very saggy skin. Your metabolism will shut down so when you start eating normal again then you will get fat very fast. This is bad short term thinking.

I cut out the ****, started a tiny bit of exercise 30min cycle a day and increased my veggie/fruit intake (which was easy since my fruit and veg intake before was virtually nil) to pack me up and stop me wanting choccie/crisps to stop feeling peckish.

Anyway me has lost a stone and a half from 15.5st to 14st (im just under 6ft so I never looked horribly fat thank ****). It's not particularly difficult to lose weight once you're in no rush about it :)

I think you're a bit fixated with numbers on a scale.

The bigger picture is that you need to increase lean muscle and decrease fat. There are plenty of posts here that can help you.

How safe?, fine if you are in good health in the first place, strongly advise getting your local GP's permission before jumping in.

I started the Lipotrim one on Monday and not finding it too hard so far, the weekend though is going to be the big test for me. The guide weight loss on Lipotrim is 1-1.5 stone a month, so 3 in three is totally doable, that said you need to follow a strict refeeding programme afterwards (your chemist will advise you on this) in order not to pile it all back on.

Once again, if you have any concerns about the risks to YOU doing this, speak to your GP first.
