    If you have a radio controlled clock ;) then these are the guys who set the time signal in Rugby.

    Since 1995 October 22, all member states of the European Union have used a common date and time for the beginning and end of the summer time period, i.e., the period of the year during which the clocks are put forward by 60 minutes compared with the rest of the year.

    Article 4 of the Eighth Directive 97/44/EC states that 'the arrangements to apply from 2002 onwards shall be adopted by 1 January 2001 on a proposal from the commission to be submitted before 1 January 2000'. The dates decided by the EU for 2003 until 2006 are as below:
