Before Christmas my sister decided to get Sky installed so I told her to call the recommend a friend number and tell them I had recommendend her so we would both get €40 Dunnes vouchers (the offer in place at that time). All went well with the install and after it was complete I phoned the recommended number with both our contract numbers and requested the Dunnes vouchers. It all seemed too easy as I hardly had any wait getting through on the phone, they took all the details and said we should have the vouchers within 6 weeks. I should have known better because 6 weeks have long since passed and several calls to the recommend a friend line have got me no where so still no sign of the vouchers.

I was just wondering if anyone has successfully got anything out of Sky for Recommend a Friend and if so do you have any tips on how to get them to send it to you?
