What to use and where to get it, I know I can probably go to a sign printers and they will make up any text I want to stick on the car, but does anyone know where I could buy rolls of the stuff to have a go cutting and placing it my self?

Afaik Kevin Gillespie who used to race has a screen printing business .He may be able to help you. Ill pm his number if you like.
