Investigation Confirmation Thread

Okay, I decided to make an extra thread so it's easier logistically to see who is going. Discuss stuff about the investigation in the other thread; just tell me whether or not you're going to definately be on this investigation.

Please note that I need some reasonable notice if you are unable to go, unless there is an extreme emergency... otherwise I'm assuming you are going.

Anyway... with all this said, I need the list, and here it is, as it currently stands:

Okay, I'll change you to potential.

Soul Searchers is another Dublin-based paranormal group which I've only heard of in the past week! You can get info and a website on them in the Paranormal Investigation Groups thread.

I'm confirming I'll be there but I have to warn people there is limited space on this trip so let us know as early as possible. This is gonna be a night not quickly forgotten!

Re the investigation, I had to close off any more people signing up from anywhere till I have an idea of how many are going... I think we may have slightly gone over the quota we have set!

Okay, here's the deal... I cannot currently take any more people till I get a confirmation af attendance, or non-attendance from the potentials. Though if I don't get a response three weeks from now, I'm opening up the space to other people so they can join instead. Harsh I know, but I have to be fair to others who want to join.

Charleville Forest Castle Paranormal Investigation: April 15th 2006.

Plus a documentry crew of: Monkeyfudge + 1

The group will be divided up into 3 teams of four, with the Doc Crew floating and conducting interviews. If anyone on the list has a problem with being on camera please let myself or Kennett know in advance. The makeup of these teams will be decided by myself and Kennett and the teams will be spread over the castle. Before the day of the investigation myself and Kennett will have divided up the site into sections so the teams are not tripping over each other. The teams will move in rotations of approximately 1.5 hour cycles between the areas of the Castle

This is the final line-up, hopefully no one will have to back out but if that does happen could anyone who wants to be on reserve let myself of Kennett know. It may be a case of only a few days notice so take that into consideration when putting names forward.

Also i must mention that we are currently discussing holding a seance, this is a serious matter and must be treated so. The seance will consist of 6 people, a camera and recoring equipment will be set up in the room but no other members of the group will be present. Myself and andrew will pick the 6 that we feel will work best, this is no slight on anyone not choosen. It just that i will be hosting it and want to be sure i have the right people for the job. If anyone wants to contact about taking part or with concerns/questions just pm me or voice them here.

There will also be more investigations during the summer and the rest of the year, both at Charleville and other locations.

Was wondering who out of the people going down is driving? And if ity would be possible for someone with a small portable TV which can have a camcorder plugged into can bring it down? Big request i know but sure if you dont ask, you dont get!

I'll be driving down anyway.

I have a 7" LCD I can bring in one form or another, I'll have to see what attachments it can take, it'd be marginally better than a camcorders own display, but of course something bigger would be better.

Ok with regards to payment for this trip, Charleville are charging €40 per person or €60 per person with a meal. its up to you if you want the meal but could all those going let myself or Andy know as we need to give CC numbers.

Okay, just to let you know... some of you will prolly be required to pay a 10 Euro extended activities fee. This allows you to do stuff with the castle that regular folks cannot do. I'm not exactly sure on what exactly it is, but I do recall that it's necessary if you want to do stuff like volunteering or investigating. Which reminds me, I think I need to renew my one too. Note that those who were on the first investigation won't have to pay this time around, and will also be entitled to a 10% discount, meaning you'll only have to pay 36 Euro to do this investigation.

I'll be collecting the money before we start the investigation, which shall start about nineish or tennish. Ideally, I'd want you to arrive as early as possible, so we have time to get to know each other, as well as showing you the castle.
