Listening to online radio

    Hi Folks

    Sorry if this is in the wroing area (apologies mods)

    Anybody know if its possible to listen to radio station such as 2fm, todayfm, radio1 and all the rest without actually instaliing realplayer its just that i dont have ht privileges to install the program here (@college)?

    I listen to all stations through my Windows Media Player, dunno if that was just set up as default though.. but it is possible.

    no...media player is a really old version on these machines and wont even play downloads half the time.....

    I think you could probably do it in linux with mplayer, if you compile it with real codecs support, you should be able to stream it. Unfortunately this is the only was I can think of doing it.

    sorry guys im in college using a pc running windows 2000 professional so i cant install anything??? anybody??
    i was thinking along the lines the way you can run msn messenger without installing the client by using "webmessemger.msn.com" or some other way without installing anything?
