Got two different pairs of boots, shoes and runners all for 99 cent a pair. - they are doing an end-of-winter sale but they are fast clearing out. Some styles look like they are made of dog hide but for the most part excellent.

Saw one guy at the checkout with a full trolley of shoes.

By the time I upload photos they'd be gone. For 99 cent do you really care? I may not be a shoe expert but there was enough of a selection to get some nice pairs out. there were others though that I wouldn't put on a scarecrow.

I once saw marks and spensors do something similar - they sold off all unwanted stock for 1 euro just to get it out of the way! The cashier when i ask what was wrong with them said the same trousers were 90euro the day before! I suppose lidl just need the space for stuff they can turn over quicker! Makes sense if mark & spensors can do it and noone really can knock their quality.

I'd never have bought them there before but I'm nearly positive that I saw the boots there for €25 a week or two previously. Obviously a stock dump for space. I can't fault them at all.
