utv and bt using eircom 3347 modem possible?

Hi lads,Is it possible to use eircoms 3347 on utv and expect 2mb as done by utvs own zyxel modem?

I am migrating to bt and even if bt works satisfactorialy i would be happy.

Not a problem. I am using one on BT and previously used it on UTV. Just enter the BT username/password.

But are you getting the full mb or whatever your on download?
I cannot seem to get over 1 mb on it but 2mb on the zyxel.Is it eircom software you see on setup?

Did you try to reset the 3347?

It is, but it's really only branding and shouldn't affect anything.
Hook up the ZyXEL and go through all the settings. Then make sure they're the same on the Netopia.

I just changed over from Eircon to BT and it's working just fine with the local loop hogger's modem.:) full speeds too (3Mb)
