They are very interesting articles.

especially the one futher down the page, where he talks about strenght, and
how important it is, and how your techniques may not just work on big massive muscled strong attackers.. very interesting!
The story of the 4 soldiers tryin to restraint the big monster of a lad ,is interesting and the boys plam shots, knees, and eye jabs and still could not beat him.

Also about taking just a few techniques, really stripping your "tool box" down and perfecting only a few techniques...train them to death. for SD I really follow that thinking too.
