Question about Aqua Jogging

    I got a lend of a swimming belt for aqua jogging but I need to know how to use it properly, do I jog in the water bringing my knees up or do I lean slightly forward and kind of flap my legs as if swimming very slowly. I was in the pool yesterday and did both but found the latter caused the more resistance and I felt alot more tired after doing it that way for a while
