Unknown player at NL 100, my guess is he can have any aces up hand, any set, the straight, or any reasonable flush hand. With the aces up and the set being less likely. I call here, because I'm a fish and I figure I have 13 outs and may be winning. But it might be a very good fold.

Of course you are making the fold for the wrong reasons, because you "don't have the bankroll" for the level. Playing a higher level than you can afford and deciding to pass up small edges is a terrible idea. It would be much better to put aside a few buyins for this level, and gamble with them as if you had plenty of money, then move back down if you lose the buyins.

It's an easy fold with no notes on the player.

Watch him in the future and see what cards he generally goes all in with, then you can make a better decision in the future.

    Would a made flush not c/r all-in? I'd say you're looking at a set/2 pair hand. I'd call.

why are seat 3 and 6 both our hero?
anyway i could go either way on this it would really depend on the type of player the villain is, i do find it strange that he would push with a nut flush.
so id talk my self into calling for the chance of making a house or flush.

This is marginal, but I'd probably call. It's either the nuts or a bluff. Thats generally the holdings when someone pushes at that level

the raise on the flop wasn't big enough. you gave the first caller 3-1 and the second then had 4-1.

If you thought one of them had the flush draw, then you needed to make them pay to draw to it. If you dismissed their flush draw, then you needed to call that turn bet.

He can't expect you to bet when this card comes down, it is too much of a scare card. I'd be more surprised that a set/two pair didn't raise on the dangerous flop. He could also have a hand like KsTc and be bluffing, but I still think his most likely hand is KJ or a flush. That said I still think it's close enough that you can consider calling.
