    Hi,
    just looking for some advice....
i bought 2 dvds off a dude fromthe UK....they were shipped fairly promptly...one problem tho

they were dodgy DVD copied from thailand.....worth about 22c each!!
i paid about 18 yoyos in tital for them....
so i got onto yer man...and i told him they were spoof copies and i want a refund, od post them back...
he wants me to send them back to him, but he wasn't willing to refund me total cost incl. postage back to him....
i've got onto him numerous times but no reply since...

Should I just report him to Paypal/Ebay? i presume they'd rrefund me and block/ban him?? i dont know really....just looking for any input from...ANYONE!??

    Thanks
    z.

Yes - you did not recieve what you paid for and the fact that they were illegal is stupid

Ebay is full of pirated DVDs. What is worse is the fact that the sellers pass these off as legitimate. Report to Paypal as ebay will do very little. What is the item number?
