    I was messing around at the end of a chest session the other night with dumbbell presses, and as I reached the top I would twist my hands so my palms would face eachother as my arms were fully extended. I cant see this excersise on the web, is it bad for you? It felt pretty good!

    Seems like you might be keying into your serratus anterior a bit and the front of your delts a bit more, nothing better then hittting the serratus hit it

    Yeah it's out there - google 'semi-supinated presses'. It's cool - kinda takes some of the load out of the back and onto the shoulders & arms.
