Martial Arts in Co Clare?

Hello all, quick question.

What MA classes are run in Clare? I'm thinking of moving down there during the summer and would like to keep up with the training.

I've done a search through the "Clubs in your Area" thread, not much except www.bannermaf.com .
Any input would be great and all styles welcome(I train in JiuJitsu and Judo)

It would be a little bit of a drive, but you are more than welcome to come train in UL, kickboxing/BJJ/MMA

If your looking for Brazilian Jiujitsu. I would recommend Fergal Quinlan, Hes a Purple belt under Rordrigo Meideros and Pan American Bronze Medal Winner ( kills me to say this,,,cause I'll never hear the end of his Gloat'n, J/k)..
