Hey - just wondering what the opinion is on taking both of these? Was reading the ingredients to the Whey I use (Optimum Nutrition), and there's already Glutamine in there

Whey protein is excellent, fast acting etc. Glutamine is good for some. Didnt do anything for me, I think thats because I have a very fast recovery time.

As was pointed out to me also an added benefit of glutamine is that it strenghtens the immune system. Personally I rarely if ever get sick but I imagine this would of great benefit to many people.

Cheers for the advice, from what I'm reading it helps with the immune system and recovery, something that I reckon I could use alright as I do suffer from colds a fair bit
