    Can anyone recommend a place to pick up some 2nd hand furniture. I'm after a desk for my room for studying. I don't care what it looks like, only that its functional.

    Don't fancy making up one of those Argos ones.

    Not new trading. I think they have moved to oranmore tho. Is a great place to get second hand office furniture.

    Someone told me they knew someone that furnished there house from garage sales you see on the paper. They said it was a bit depressing thou cause some people were selling there stuff because they couldn't afford the mortgage.
