how to overcome tiredness

    lately i have been feeling tired
    i am normally always full of energy
    im 21 year old male, who rarely drinks and goes out 1 a week in town to a club
    is there anything i might require or be doing wrong
    i go to the gym 2/3 time s a week as well

    Do you get a good nights sleep? I mean, in terms of quality of sleep, not just how long you sleep for.

    It would be worth going to your GP for a blood test to see if it could be caused by an underlying disorder!

    If your working out 2-3 times a week you should be eating enough nutrients to compensate. Examine your diet and look for foods that release energy slowly but don't necessarily start on a GI diet or anything.

    A good site to examine nutritional content for specific foods is www.nutritiondata.com

    Also, if this contines, get your bloods checked (Iron, HbA1c etc.)
