xbox live store on sth william st

term

Anybody know anything about a new store called "XBOX LIVE"?

They are recruiting staff on jobs.ie, to be located in South William St in Dublin.

There was a big post on it here yesterday from the guy running it... I guess it got deleted for some sort of BOC? Maybe I am just blind...

The same post was on the Games board, I didn’t delete it there, and it wasn’t a soft delete as I can’t see it there. I had bookmarked the thread on this board (Xbox) but now I “do not have permission to access” the page.

Possibly unrelated, the website that was at http://www.xboxlivegamingcentre.com/ is now also partly down. The site can be accede by not using the main/home/default.asp page – try http://xboxlivegamingcentre.com/vacancies.asp

I also can’t find a thread by the same person about the same thing on gamedevelopers.ie, which was also posted yesterday – I’ve looked at all the different boards for it there.

I'll contact the person who posted the threads.

Added... Google for 'Xbox Gaming Centre', including a "Cached" link to the gamedevelopers.ie thread - the 'live' link to that thread is also down.

All very strange indeed.

He edited a tonne of stuff out of his original post minutes after he first put it up.

I should be in town tomorrow evening.. I might have a look around South Williams Street and if there is any sign of the place.

No, not at all. I’d trust what he has said.

The listing on Jobs.ie is further reason to see it all as nothing but legit.
