Duh...!!! Quite obvious if you look at her from the side before she is thrown. Basketball hoop dimensions. Hell I'd fit through that myself..

Boo-urns to the pessimist! I think its clearly genuine, I doubt they planned it so far as to tell the girl to rub the back of her head when she lands after having clearly hit the side of the hoop on the way through!
