    Hi,

As we all know, recently Eircom did some upgrades on their DSL packages both in speed and download cap. Before they went ahead with these upgrades there were rumours that the week before that, they upgraded their billing system, maybe to catch people that exceed their download caps. When you visit the Stats page for your usage for the last 30 days it says download cap of 20GB (Home Starter) but there is nothing their for upload. Now I know some companies add the Upload and Download together to get your overall usage for one month. This does not seem to be the case for Eircom. Does anyone know if Eircom have an upload limit? If so, what is it? Also this new billing system that they were meant to have implemented, is it true? How strict have Eircom become with the download caps?

    Cheers
