    Hi all,
I am now 16. I don't eat very well, for breakfast I have rice crispies, for lunch I have a few bars of chocolate and milk. And for dinner I have meat, carrots, brocoli and potatoes. I notice that a lot of people in school are stronger than me, and I wish to get a bit stronger. I would appriciate if anyone could give me a few tips on what to eat. I don't play any sports.

No offence mate but what did you think would hppen if you ate Rice crispies for Brekkie, and had chocolate for lunch? Fisrt off you need a new breakfast, and maybe join a gym. I have all bran and two bananas for brekkie and the day after i do weights i have 2 scrambled eggs on brown bread toast.

Also for lunch you cud have a roll and start eating chicken, the best protein money can buy!

No I don't do much sport. Only in PE, but I do a good bit of walking. Thanks for the advice.

you're only going to get stronger by using your muscles....eating alone won't do the job for you. Were I in your shoes i'd take up some kind of sport...anything physical. Now is a good time to take one up -it'll stand to you for life.
