Hand Stands, Back flips and front flips.

    any one got any advise on learnin how to do flips and handstands?

    You shouldn't really do any of that without a proper trainer, you could potentially do serious damage to your back (or other parts if you land on them).

    That out of the way, I'm sure you're going to do them anyway and probably most of us here learned by trying stuff out ourselves. Handstands just take practice. Do them against a wall several times a day until you get a feel for the balance, then try to keep yourself away from the wall for as long as possible. Eventually you'll be able to do them without the wall, then you can move on to walking on your hands.

    Front flips are easy - start with arab springs (cartwheel to a flip) and build from there. Don't try a back flip without a spotter, you could hurt yourself badly.
