    Hi Folks,
I got a mai from a friend of mine. In fairness she was just forwarding it on to me herself. Anyone know if there's a shred of truth in this?

    Hi
I got a cab this morning and the driver was telling me to avoid town at all costs on Saturday 25th February . There is some sort of Orange March on to
commemorate the death of paramilitaries. The guards have given the go ahead on this march. The taxi driver said he had a passenger yesterday who was "connected" and who informed him not to work in town on the 25th as
"friends" of his had something planned. Certain members of this group of friends are in prison for crimes relating to explosives!
So, just to warn you.........no shopping in town on the 25th Feb okay?!

That's the mail as she got it and forwarded it to me. Can't believe that the Orange Order would lower themselves into crossing over into our inferior land.
    Anyone know anthing?

Not really media related but there is a huge thread on this in politics+after hours. Old news. First time I heard of the date though.

yeah its true that they are. i think dubliners should just ignore these people. the orange order are using the families of victims to get this march. they have been wanting to do it for a while now.
but i hope there will be no violence. i believe the hardcore orangemen would love that, to show us up to be as small minded as the orangemen (is there any orange women?)
The organisers say that they will allow an Irish tricolour to accompany a Union Jack to be carried in order to make the parade more inclusive and welcoming to those nationalists who oppose the IRA.

This has gotten plenty of coverage in Politics and AH, and I'm sure it will get more between now and the 25th/26th.

Let's hope people realise that this is an oppertunity to show Unionists that real republicans don't believe in violence and practice tolerance; for more discussion I suggest you go to politics.
