Urban Combatives DVD Review

    Hi Guys.

    I just watched a great DVD on Street Self Defence called...
    Urban Combatives by Lee Morrison, who is one of the top
    RBSD teachers in Europe.

    This DVD, covers all the basic strikes and techniques from
    the combatives world, as applied to various street situations.
    It also includes drills, and the best way to train the techniques,
    with pads, BOB dummy, and partner.

    For someone interested in learning or adding to their
    self defence experience, this is a good DVD to see.

    There is also a good Geoff Thompson type ethos to
    this DVD, which is great as I really admire Geoff work.

    I find if your learn these techniques, and marry them
    with good hard training like Muay Thai and ground work.
    then you will have a very effective self defence system.

    Yes, thats the one.

    It is some of the same material as his other DVD I have "fight back" i think its called. on "at close quaters" i find there is more drills involved, and the techniques are covered in more detail.

    Its great stuff!
