Unit to heat upstairs radiators?

    Hi,

I'm installing UFH in a new build. I was looking at not using UFH upstairs but radiators. I want to use a heat pump for downstairs.
What options do I have for heating the four radiators upstairs? I've considered a backboiler and a small gas boiler. (A combi unit could be used to heat water for showers).
Any ideas on a small heat source to heat four radiators at cheapest cost?
Should I just use fan coil radiators?

    TC
