    Can anyone recomend a solicitor who regularly deals with company law in Dublin? I'm looking for advice on the issues surrounding a director leaving a company. <snip>

    I wasn't looking for legal advice. Just direct experience or knowledge and hopefully a lead on a solicitor. That said, point taken. I'll phrase it differently and not refer to specifics next time. Sorry!:o

    I appreciate the message and the edit rather than a ban!
