I was just wondering where is the best website to get individual meanings of the tarot cards?

I find every book that I have seems to explain them slightly differently.

There are many ways the can be read, each card has many meanings and it
varies on where they are in a spread or what cards it is linked to.

for a very basic guide I found this site to be pretty good.

How does the Texas Hold'em work with them? The usual 3 cards flop and 2 hole cards yeah?

Also, wouldn't it be easier if the Tarot cards had numbers and suits so you could play better?

There are suits; wands, cups, pentcles and swords.
no you cant play poker with there but there are Tarot games.

If you can manage to get your hands on anything by Fred Gettings, he's dead now, but has genuine occult knowledge. Even though his tarot book relates to the Marseiles Deck only, most of his descriptions are common to all cards and extremly in depth. I have been reading the cards for over 9 years and have yet to see a better and more concise book it's called "The Tarot" and I wouldn't even loan my copy :P it's priceless to me
*edit* You could always try learning them by doing redings for friends/family, that's how I learned. Go with your intuition, it's how the cards work :-)

Well I've always found www.facade.com to be good for tarot readings so that is one way of learning the meanings of the cards. But it may not be exactly what you're looking for. Also it lets you choose your deck Rider Waite, Palladini etc and each of these seem to have different meanings and give different kinds of readings.
