Opened an account with them a few days ago. Decided I don't want to play on that site cause it's quite unstable and server freezes from time to time. Tried to cash out and got the following email:
    Hello xxx,

Prior we process your pending cashout, our Cashier wishes to clarify your account information. The reason is that the registered billing address linked to your credit card (s) used to fund your poker account very grumpy, does not match with the given address registered to your Paradise Poker account. Please complete the attached document and return via fax and your full cashier options will be restored

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Moshe

With the attachment I have attached to this post.

How was I able to deposit money from my credit card to my paradise poker account if the registered billing address linked to my credit card does not match with the registered paradise poker account?

Anyway, I don't want to give them the information they are asking for or sign the document consenting them to charge my credit card. Can anyone gimme any advice? Open a neteller account and see if I can transfer to that?

It just means that when they checked your card the address on your account didn't exactly match the one that the bank has - banks can be very strict on this matter and won't verify a card if the details are even slightly incorrect.

All the online casinos do this. Email them the info and theyll pay you. They have locked your account so opening a neteller account wont help but would be useful in the long run.

It is a regular thing, as said before, just send the info and they will do it. The reason you could deposit, is that the only way to check the registered card details match before a deposit, is if each time you set up an account, you wait a few hours at the very least, if not a few days while the checks are done before you can do anything on it. It simply isnt possible to do that tho. Plus, as also said already, if even your postcode is slightly incorrect, the bank will just be able to say the address is incorrect, they cant expand on that at all for data protection reasons. Just send the info, and they will send you the cash..its not a rare occurance.
