Have you seen this car in the flesh or do you know the individual selling it?

This sounds like a scam to me which there are plenty doing the rounds at the moment. Usually they might ask you to pay for the shipping of the car on top of the price of the car or something similar.

    Whats the 3 series scam.

I'd be very wary of buying a car from Romania, are you sure it's not on hp or something over there? And it's gonna be a left hand drive. Is the Romanian seller actually romanian or a roma gypo?

Why on earth would you need to go to Romania for a car? You'll get a 3000GT in the Jap importers in UK or IRL.

Has the world gone mad???? Romainia to buy a car you can source next door or maybe here is nuts, imagine the hassle of getting through 7/8 border crossings on RO plates. They'll be looking for smuggled guns/drugs/children everytime.

Agreed. Hell, I wouldn't even go to the North to buy a car, let alone across Europe.

Plus, why do you want to go to Romania to buy a LHD drive car (which is a bit of a nuisance here), when you could source a RHD one from Japan?

OP: Buy it, and let us know how you get on! :)

For the same money you could travel around the world. That would be a better adventure.
