just wondering what people use to clean their laptops inparticular screens?

have a microfibre cloth myself for my ferrari 4005, it keeps the external in pristine condition but the screen's getting a little fingerprinty and streaky so i obviously dont want to hurt my €2000 baby.

what works for you guys? just a damp cloth or those wipes you buy in a computer shop?

A mate thought he was a great lad when he started using wipes he bought in aldi to clean his screen. Think the wipes were actually for removing make-up. Anyway, upshot was his screen now looks like crap. You don't notice when it is on, but when its off it has sort of purple/blue streaks all over it. Something to do with the chems in the wipes. Play safe dude, use the wipes from the comp shops.

Laptop screens are ultra sensitive so I would say your best bet is to ask in a computer shop. I have been looking for some wipes or something and havent found any yet, so if you get hold of some, I would be interested to know where you got them.
