VGA splitter?

Havn't seen them any where, but a friend has his 360 hooked up to his vga monitor, but he cant use his pc this way, and has to disconnect xbox, and reconnect pc every time, is there some kind of junction box, to connect them both with a switch to change which signal the monitor should receive?
