Lidl With 2 Lnb?

HI ALL-
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO RUN 2 LNB INTO THE LIDL SL-65 BOX?
WAS GONNA TRY A MONOBLOC BUT I THINK I WOULD LOSE OUT ON BBC AND ITV CHANNELS, BUT FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME AS IM A NOVICE AT THIS...THANKS IN ADVANCE:)

Yes, it should be possible, but you'll need a DiSEqC switch for the receiver to be able to switch between the 2 LNB's

Get a 4 way Global Diseqc switch. It mounts outside at dish. You can easily add 3 LNBs on one 80cm dish.

Sky, Astra 19E and Hotbird.

Any Digital receiver EXCEPT a Sky Digibox or Sky+ will work it. Many non-Sky Analog receivers too!

Been doing it since day one with a 3-way switch I got off Tony on here, its a bit of a bitch to set up compared to other receivers - the logical DiSEqC ID's didn't work and all, but its been fine ever since.

I've got my switch inside because I had the cables in here already, but the switch is capable of being wall-mounted outside to pull one lead in instead of two.

But Lidl receiver comes with a 60cm dish...
Is anything possible with 60cm or is it necessary to upgrade dish also?

Yes but some channels on HotBird might not be received. Some channels may break up in heavy rain.

If you can get a 80cm dish it is nearly twice the signal.

Search this thread for my posts, under " multiple LNB " i think. My poor efforts and those of my "rival" are laid out with measurements and specs and photos, etc. Very easy to do 3 LNBs ( all was possible only with help from experts here)
