Cycling off Cyclone

Been taking Maximuscle cyclone for about 6 weeks. I'm thinking about cycling off the creatine which means I have to stop taking the stuff.

Is it a good idea to cycle on and off? How long should each cycle last? What should I take instead during the off cycle to make up for the protein shortage?

Lots of different people suggest different cycles, from 8 weeks on 2 weeks off, to 4 weeks, six weeks of even 8 weeks off.

Me , i'm experiementing with a new 4 days on 4 days off cycle, altering workout to ensure that i get a creatine assisted workot out and a normal workout alternately for each bodypart.

As for what you take instead, a simple whey would be fine. Remember though, with Cyclone your also paying for the HMB in it and that has been shown to do.......nothing......for either strenght or mass.

As for the creatine cycle, you excrete about 2 grams a day, hence the 5 grams a day rule to gradually saturate cells, so anything over an 4 week break, is to me anyway, a little much.

Didn't even know I was taking HMB. Does it do anything?

On another aside. Where is the cheapest place to buy ZMA? It seems quite expensive. Is it worth taking? Are you better off just taking Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc.

Once again, ZMA is only really of benefit to those who are deficent in it in the first place. I would figure out what your dietary intake of said minerals is like first.
