Broadband Cap this month

Okay ive just recieved an email this morning from utv accounts saying:

"Our records show you have transferred 21204 MB, which exceeds your limit of 20480 MB for this month. You will be charged for any usage over this limit, as per the choice made at http://u.tv/csie"

Now i remember checking my accounts last night and they were around the 15000mb downloaded and around 4000mb, now i go and check it this morning and it says
"Your current bandwidth usage this month is:
Incoming: 16801.1MB
Outgoing: 4402.7MB"

Now a bit of common sense tells me that the 20Gb cap utv have also includes uploads! WTF! It definatley wasnt like that last month! :eek:

Anyone else had this?
