i think he means that people are telling people where to get the illegal stuff by mentioning torrent sites and what to search for, and then saying "but don't do it, its illegal". and he's wondering if they're allowed do it

Of course it's illegal to download OSx86. It's not illegal to tell someone how to do it though, what is this red China.

It's against the board's rules because they don't want to be in trouble with authorities for condoning piracy.

are they allowed say it like that they not a boards user i guess there allowed since there telling you how not to get em
