May have skipped a few people's minds after last night's big game but Blackburn are playing Sunderland tonight.

Currently 1-0 after a goal by Bellamy. Pongelle has got his second start which may interest the Liverpool supporters.

Just half time so hopefully Blackburn will go on and win this one comprehensively. Not sure though, Sunderland have looked decent in recent games against Spurs and Chelsea.

2-0 now. Bellamy again. Assist provided by Sergio Peter, the so-called 'new MGP', who substituted in for MGP after 53 minutes.

The scrap for 4/5 is getting very interesting. How many teams get a spot in UEFA Cup from league placing?

    Mike.

only 5th is guaranteed a uefa cup spot, 6th depending on the cup winners/finalists

Great win for Blackburn. We've got Arsenal on Saturday week now and Bellamy looks to be coming back from injury well.

I'm glad the players will get a rest now too after a hectic few weeks. It'll allow those like MGP and Reid, who have been carrying knocks, to recuperate.
