Paypal using 3v

I have a 3V card. I have signed up for a paypal account, according to my paypal account I have €0.00 in my account. Yet when I log on to the 3v site I have €6. I am biding at the moment for some thing that is going to cost €4 in total. How do I send the money to the buyer? Thanks in advance.

Surely your paypal account will always show zero balance unless someone sends you money via paypal. As soon as you buy something with paypal it is charged to your c-card.:D
